The motel is in a nice location and has a comfortable bed, but I was disappointed that there was no bathtub. I had been looking forward to a good soak in the tub. Also, the room was a sauna and I could not get it cool enough! The window was able to open slightly, but even in the middle of winter, my room was still too warm. I had a tough time sleeping because of this. I called the front desk about it, but all they had me do was to crack the window open. A fan would have been nice if they couldn't lower the temp.
Cafe Med is right across the way and is a great restaurant. Also, this motel is right by the John Hancock Center and the Water Tower Place and close to Lake Michigan and walking/running paths.

He was very knowledgeable about restaurants, art destinations, parks, shops, theater, segway and boat tours.
He is very conscientious about pleasing the guests at Raffaello hotel.
For my first trip to Chicago, I had perfect weather, awesome concierge and best time in a near perfect
city. Chicago has it all!
