Rich in history and cultural tradition, Paris is, as Ernest Hemingway once wrote, a “moveable feast” of breathtaking architecture, manicured parks, gastronomic delights, and cutting-edge fashion. And a visit to Paris is not complete without a trip to one of its many famous outdoor public markets, which offer fresh cheeses and breads, organic vegetables and herbs, high-quality meats, berries, and, of course, pastries.
